The Short Stack: Be Real, Be Healthy

The list ofágood influences on one's health is a relative short and simple one; spend most of your time on the short list and you're likely to feel better.

​My take on the "Short Stack":

make smart, nutritionáchoices (and you thought this section was about pancakes!)á/ commit to regular exercise (it's simple - move!) /áembraceáconsistent and sufficientásleep hygiene (...zzzz) /ádevelop and engage positive, social relationshipsá(you have so much to offer and so do others!)á/ find quiet momentsá(breathe!) / and, yes, learn something (everyday!)

​After you do all of that, enjoy social media and any other activities off of the Short Stack list.
